This privacy policy applies to the Hare Hop Horizon app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Fly Info Soft Technologies LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use by "AS IS".
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described here.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
Note: The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, contacts, photos, microphone/camera access, or other sensitive personal information.
Third-party advertising and analytics services integrated into the Application (detailed below) may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID / AAID) — only for users confirmed to be 13 years or older via our age gate. For users under 13 or of unknown age, we configure these services to use contextual (non-personalized) ads only and prevent transmission of advertising identifiers or other restricted device data.
- Usage and interaction data (e.g., ad views, clicks, session events) for ad performance, analytics, and app improvement.
- The time spent on the Application
- Device information (e.g., device type, OS).
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to flyinfosofttechnologiesllc@gmail.com. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Age Gate and Mixed Audience
The Application is designed for a mixed audience, including users under 13 years old. On first launch, we display a neutral age gate asking if you are 13 years or older.
- If you confirm 13+, we allow personalized advertising (including advertising identifiers).
- If you indicate under 13 or do not respond, we treat you as a child/unknown age and limit data collection: only contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown, and transmission of advertising identifiers or other restricted device data (e.g., AAID) is prevented in compliance with Google Play Families Policy and COPPA.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without these safeguards. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information without proper age confirmation, we will delete it immediately.
How We Use Your Information
We (and our third-party partners) use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Application.
- Serve advertisements (personalized for users 13+; contextual for younger users).
- Analyze usage trends and app performance.
- Contact you with important notices, updates, or (with consent) marketing promotions.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without these safeguards. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information without proper age confirmation, we will delete it immediately.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Legal Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

- With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us.
Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policies. The Application does not target children under 13 as its primary audience but includes them in a mixed setup.
- We use a neutral age gate to determine age group.
- For users under 13 or unknown age: No advertising identifiers are transmitted; only contextual ads are served; restricted device data collection is minimized.
- Parents/guardians: If you believe your child has provided information without appropriate safeguards, contact us immediately at the email below. We will investigate and delete any such data.

Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent: By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
